The design of the territory is based on a smart implementation of sustainable flowerbeds in a modern natural style. Being a strong alternative to lawns, they fill the surrounding areas with life and color. In the riverside sloping park these signature flowerbeds are to connect artificial paths and terraces with natural forest, creating in combination with lawns a unique linear layout pattern.
